HOW MUCH IS A STANDARD CAKE?
Prices for my cakes depend on many factors including size, design complexity, amount of sugar work (figures/flowers etc).
Please take a look at the pricing page for more information and feel free to get in touch if you would like a more accurate quote.
DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT FOR CAKES?
Yes - if you wish to place order, I take a £20 deposit up front to secure your chosen date. Once paid, this is non refundable and non transferable. Without this deposit, I am unable to secure your booking. The balance is due up on collection/delivery of your cake.
Wedding cakes require a £100 non-refundable deposit upon booking.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes I do. Delivery is free within 5 miles of Denton. There will be a small charge for orders outside of this area.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS?
The initial deposit is non refundable and non transferrable under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited and will be retained to cover the cost of materials/ingredients purchased.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking where circumstances are beyond our control such as a natural disaster, extreme weather or where it is not safe to deliver your cake.
DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES?
All of my cakes contain gluten and may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
Unfortunately, my kitchen is not a certified allergy free workspace so I am unable to make gluten free cakes. I do not currently cater for eggless or dairy free.
DO YOU OFFER POSTAL BAKES?
Not yet, but this something we hope to be able to offer very soon! Watch this space...
